This server keeps nothing. Each request is answered and forgotten.

What the server does with a request

• It has no accounts, no sign-in, no database and no storage of its own. Nothing you send is written anywhere by this server.
• Your assistant sends the tool's arguments (for example a county, a wage determination number, hours or rates). The server computes an answer from the regulations it holds and returns it.
• Three tools fetch public government data on your behalf and send only the lookup itself: lookup_wage_determination sends the determination number, or the state, county and construction type, to SAM.gov; read_regulation sends the section and paragraph to the eCFR (ecfr.gov); find_apprenticeship_programs fetches Apprenticeship TN's public program list. Those sites receive the request from this server's network address, not yours, and their own notices apply. Responses from them are cached by the server for hours to a day, keyed only by the lookup.
• The server runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare's platform records operational request logs (time, path, status, network address) that the operator can read for a short period for troubleshooting; the operator does not read tool arguments from them and does not share them.

What it never does

• No cookies, no tracking, no advertising, no sale or sharing of data.
• No personal information is requested; do not type Social Security numbers or similar identifiers into questions (the tools do not need them).
• No emails, filings or payments are made on your behalf.
